Genealogical Software - Data Organizaton
Here are a couple of tools I've used to help me store and organize my data. I also use a number of spreadsheets and numerous files on my computer.
Clooz
Clooz is a database for systematically organizing and storing all of the clues to your ancestry that you have been collecting over the years. It is not a genealogy program per se, but an electronic filing cabinet for genealogical records
Census Tools
Census Tools is a collection of Excel® spreadsheets for recording information from census enumerations. They are set up to resemble the actual forms used so they are easy to read. The site also has spreadsheets for tracking and analyzing genealogical data as well as for state and international censuses, cemetery records, passenger manifest data, family group reports, and research logs. The files are free to download although the author would appreciate a small donation if you find the files useful.
