Willis W. Webster

Willis W. Webster, 88, a retired carpenter, died at his home at 10698 Lindmar Drive, Concord Township, early this morning. He had been in failing health for some time.

Born Nov. 1, 1877 in Thompson, Mr. Webster was a life long resident of this area.

He is survived by his widow, Hazel; a son, Thomas of Concord; daughters, Mrs. Nellie Richardson of Mentor, Mrs. Clarence Donley, Mrs. Howard Boerner, and Mrs. James Noon, all of Painesville, Mrs. Frank Warren of Concord, Mrs. Fred Smith of Leroy, Mrs. Stanley Lassnick of Grand River, and Mrs. Joseph Coston of Chardon; two stepsons, Paul Loomis of Ashtabula, and Edward Loomis of Painesville; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Lawrence Martony of Concord and Mrs. Robert Phillips of Chardon; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services are 3 p.m. Friday at the Spear Funeral Home. Foster G. Sizemore, minister of First Church of Christ of Painesville, officiates. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.

Friends are received at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 adn 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
