Thomas W. Webster
PAINESVILLE — Thomas W. Webster, 64, died Tuesday at University Hospital, Cleveland, after a long illness.
He was born Oct 26, 1920, in Painesville and lived here all his life.
Mr. Webster retired in 1976 after 36 years with Diamond Shamrock, where he had worked as a pipe fitter and ironworker.
Survivors include his wife, Susan; daughter, Mrs. Richard (Donna) Ely of Concord; sons, Dennis of Leroy and David of Madison; sisters, Nina Noon of Mentor, Monie Lassnick and Verna Donley, both of Painesville, and Phyllis Koston of Chardon; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Mable Webster, and sisters, Nellie Richardson, Laura Warren, Mildred Smith and Kathleen Boerner.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville. The Rev. Maurice Hill, Painesville Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Painesville.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
