MADISON - Memorial Services for Hervey A. Warren, age 76 of Madison, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, 2005 at the POTTI FUNERAL HOME, 2726 Hubbard Rd. (Rt. 528, just south of Rt. 20) Madison.
Mr. Warren died Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby. He was born Nov. 3, 1928 in Painesville.
He retired from State of Ohio's Division of Safety and Hygiene as a Construction Safety Inspector. He was a retired member of Carpenters Union #404/#95. He was a member of VFW Post #7754 in Fairport Harbor. He enjoyed camping and was an avid reader.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Theresa (Borelli) Warren; sons: Michael (Debbie) Warren of LeRoy and Anthony A. (Helen) Warren of Madison; daughters: Robin (Russell) Couture of Madison and Tina (David) Virant of Geneva; eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a brother, Leon M. Warren of Painesville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hervey R. and Nina B. (Betts) Warren and a brother, David Warren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. Hobart Johnosn of Willoughby United Methodist Church will officiate at services. Burial will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Township.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Society for Rehabilitation, 9521 Lake Shore Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060.

Mr. Warren died Jan. 10, 2005, at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby.
He was born Nov. 3, 1928, in Painesville.
He was a member of VFW Post 7754 in Fairport Harbor. He enjoyed camping and was an avid reader. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II.
