Walter D. Taylor, 75, of 27 Wood St., Painesville, died Saturday morning in Lake County Memorial Hospital, Painesville, following an apparent heart attack.
Born Jun 28, 1896 in Montville, Mr. Taylor was a 40-year Lake County resident and a retired nurseryman.
Survivors include a son, Walter J. of Painesville; sister, Mrs. Paul (Ethel) Patchin of Painesville; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tueusday in Spear Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville. The Rev. Amon G. McSwords of First Church of Christ, Painesville, will officiate. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery, Windsor Township.
Friends will be received frokm 7 to 9 tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
