Otto W. Romig, 69, of 513 S. State St., died Sunday morning of a heart condition at his home.

Mr. Romig was born in Germany May 5, 1894 and had lived in Painesville since 1951, coming here from Thompson.

He was an employee of Industrial Rayon Corporation for 19 years.

On May 4, 1932, he married Sophie Putka in Cleveland.

Mr. Romig is survived by his wife; sons, Raymond of Concord, Andrew F., Harland K., and Allan D., all of Painesville, 10 grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Nate Rini, Mrs. Edgar Bateman and brother, Charles, all of Cleveland.

Mr. Romig was a member of Hartsgrove Lodge 397, F&AM, and the Textile Workers of America Local 482.

Services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Nixon Funeral Home. Eugene Deval of Jehovah's Witnesses officiates. Masonic services by Hartsgrove Lodge are Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Friends may call at the funeral home tonight and Tuesday from 7 to 9. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.
