PAINESVILLE - Myrtle Romig, 49, of Concord Township died Monday at Lake County Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
Arrangements are pending at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville.

CONCORD TOWNSHIP - Myrtle Romig, 49, died Monday night at Lake County Memorial Hospital, Painesville, after a brief illness.
She was born May 20, 1935, in Painesville. Mrs. Romig, a machine operator at Grantham Inc., Fairport Harbor, was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond; four sons, Dan of Chardon, Thomas of Fairport Harbor, Larry of Ashtabula, and Robert, at home; a daughter, Linda, at home; two grandchildren; mother, Mabel Pettit of Painesville; and three sisters: Carol Miller and Helen Breta of Painesville, and Judy Baxter of Connecticut.
Services are 1 p. m. Friday at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave., Painesville. The Rev. Frank Rossi, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Painesville.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Thursday at the funeral home.
