Nina F. Noon

Funeral services for Nina F. Noon, 85, of Chardon, will be 11 a.m. Saturday and Mulqueeny-Spear Funeral Home, 312 Eagle St., Fairport Harbor.

Mrs. Noon passed away Feb. 21, 2008, at the Burton Re-Habilitation and Health Care Center.

Born March 27, 1922, in Painesville, she has lived there before moving to Chardon six years ago.

She was a member of Painesville Baptist Church and enjoyed polka dancing.

Survivors are her son, Robert (Dolores) Noon of Mathews, N.C.; daughter, Marla (Steve) Horvath of Mathews, N.C.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Phyllis Kosten of Chardon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Noon, in 1968; daughter, Patricia Hudec; parents, Willis and Kathleen (Fleming) Webster; brother, Thomas Webster; and six sisters, Nellie Richardson, Kate Bouner, Mildred Smith, Verna Donlay, Laura Warren and Ethel Lassnik.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service. The Rev. Stoney Drain of Painesville Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
