MRS. MINERVA ARNOLD
Thompson was greatly saddened by the death of a respected resident when Mrs. Minerva Arnold passed away April 16, after about one week's illness. She was about 75 years of age and lived all but abut eight years of her life in Thompson. Her Husband, Lyman Arnold, having passed away about 6 years ago. She leaves two sons and two daughters, Bert Arnold of this place, Perry Arnold of W. Virginia, Mrs. Hazel Loomis of Claridon and Mrs Margie Patchett, who lived at home with her mother, also twelve grandchildren besides many more distant relatives and friends to mourn her loss. Funeral was held at the residence Friday at 2 o'clock. Rev. Hughgart officiating. Mrs. Will Keener and Mrs. Binnick sang two beautiful selections. Many beautiful flowers were in evidence, showing the high esteem in which the deceased was held and burial was made in Maple Grove cemetery, Thompson.
