Oliver Burton Warren 90th Birthday
Man is honored with fete for 90th birthday
Oliver Barton Warren was recently honored with a party at the Grange Hall on Bank St. celebrating his 90th birthday.
Mr. Warren was born Feb. 28, 1883, in Delmont, S.D.
Seventy of his 85 direct descendants attended the party in his honor. Among those attending were two families of five generations. The first is comprised of Hervey R., Mr. Warren’s oldest son; Hervey A., grandson; Michael, great-grandson; and Michael Jr. and Kristopher, great-great-grandsons. The second family of five generations consists of Frank E., his second son; Mrs. Patricia Ossman, granddaughter; Mrs. Peggy Bane, great-granddaughter; and Jennifer Bane, great-great-granddaughter.
Also in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Warren, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Warren, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pettit and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Haynes.
Grandchildren and great-grandchildren attended from Westfield and Endicott, N.Y., and Fayettesville, N.C., Geneva, Madison, Mentor, Fairport Harbor and Painesville.
